Nikole Stevenson is a Licensed Transaction Coordinator and the owner of Broker Relief Transaction Management. You’ll meet Nikole once you’re under contract, and she’ll be working behind the scenes to keep every detail organized and every deadline on track. With countless moving parts in every real estate transaction, Nikole’s bulletproof approach to paperwork and timelines helps ensure a smooth, stress-free path to closing for you.

When she’s not managing transactions, Nikole loves to travel with her husband. She grew up in Estes Park and now calls Loveland home.

Dede Sabey is our Office Assistant, working primarily on event planning, database management, and marketing. You’ll hear from Dede throughout the process before going under contract—she makes sure you get important information (like this email) and ensures you’re invited to all the parties.

She lives in Orange County, California with her husband and two sons. When she's not keeping the business organized she loves reading, hiking, and entertaining.

Vanessa Laureless is coming on board this Spring. She will be assisting with showings and other real estate tasks as needed. She brings extensive experience in property management and recently transitioned into real estate. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa at a previous job and can personally vouch that she consistently delivers excellent results and gets the job done.

Vanessa grew up in Loveland and now lives in Windsor with her husband and their son.
